Welcome to Price Survey Agent ("Price Survey Agent", "we", "us", "the Service"). By using Price Survey Agent, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

License

Price Survey Agent is provided on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for your internal business use in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or sub-license access to Price Survey Agent without explicit permission.

Compliance with laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry obligations in the jurisdiction where you operate. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Price Survey Agent (including any documents or content you upload) complies with legal requirements and any third-party agreements that apply to your data.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use Price Survey Agent:

• To violate any laws or regulations.
• To upload or process personal data without a lawful basis.
• To upload content you do not have the right to share (e.g., confidential or copyrighted materials without permission).
• For any fraudulent, malicious, or harmful purposes, including attempts to disrupt or degrade the Service.
• To attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or system resources without authorization.

Your content

Price Survey Agent processes content you provide (such as RFQs, price lists, and related estimate data) to deliver the Service. You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant us permission to store, process, and transform it solely to provide and improve the Service (including generating estimates and related outputs).

Disclaimer of warranties

Price Survey Agent is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and validating all results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages (including indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, Price Survey Agent.

Termination and service availability

We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, or terminate access to Price Survey Agent at any time, for any reason, including legal obligations, abuse, or technical issues. The Service may become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, and you assume all risks associated with potential interruptions.

You can delete your account and associated data via Profile Settings → Delete my account.

Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Price Survey Agent after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union law. Any disputes related to these terms or the use of Price Survey Agent shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
