Introduction

Welcome to Price Survey Agent ("Price Survey Agent", "we", "us"). By using Price Survey Agent, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

Data collection and usage

Price Survey Agent is designed to respect and protect user privacy. We collect and process data only to provide the core service.

• Account data: email address; name and family name (if provided); optional LinkedIn profile URL.
• App content: documents you upload (e.g., RFQs and price lists), extracted/processed document metadata (e.g., parsed items), estimates and workflow state, and chat messages associated with your account.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing profiling.

Data storage

Price Survey Agent uses Google Cloud and Firebase services to run the application:

• Firebase Authentication: stores account identifiers used for login.
• Google Cloud (PostgreSQL database): stores your profile data, chats, estimates, workflow state, and document metadata.
• Firebase Storage: stores uploaded files (and generated artifacts, when applicable).

We only share data with these processors as necessary to operate the app.

Data retention, deletion, and user control

You can delete your account and associated data from the app via Profile Settings → Delete my account. When you delete your account, we delete your data from our database, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Storage (as applicable), subject to technical limitations (e.g., backup retention) and legal requirements.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the right to share it. Price Survey Agent is provided "as is" and is not intended to replace professional review.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Continued use of Price Survey Agent after changes have been made indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.

Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union law. Any disputes related to this policy or the use of Price Survey Agent shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
